Lunchroom

Our standard portable lunchrooms are delivered as open-plan rooms with finished floors, insulated, and all basic utilities in place. They include overhead lighting, plenty of double power points, and sliding windows for ventilation and natural light. The interior is typically empty of furniture so you can arrange tables and chairs as you see fit. The units are lockable with a solid door, so you can secure any appliances or supplies inside after hours. While not standard, we can add features like a sink unit or built-in bench if you require a kitchenette setup.

That depends on the size of the unit. We have small lunchrooms suitable for about 6 people at a time, medium lunchroom cabins for 12–18 people. Our largest standard lunchroom is 12.0m x 2.9m, which can serve more than 30 people comfortably. You can also use multiple units or a combination of lunchroom and additional office space if you have a very large workforce.

Yes, the lunchrooms are insulated to help maintain temperature, but for very hot summers or cold winters you may want active temperature control. We can install a heat pump / air conditioning unit as an add-on, or you can use portable heaters or fans as needed. Many of our units have been used in all seasons across New Zealand.
